Joe Stanish brings nearly 20 years of experience across fintech and financial services. His career has been defined by a passion for using technology to simplify complex decisions — and a belief that the right guidance, delivered with care, can make all the difference for people navigating important financial choices.
Prior to joining Silvur, Joe held leadership roles across a range of organizations, from large institutions like JPMorgan Chase to growth-stage fintech startups like Array. He also co-founded Honeyfi, a startup dedicated to reinventing how families manage their finances together. Those experiences gave him a deep appreciation for mission-driven organizations that put people before profit — values he sees reflected every day in the credit union community.
Joe is excited to bring his background in technology and financial services to bear on one of the most important decisions seniors face: finding Medicare coverage that truly fits their lives.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Joe recently relocated with his family to Charlotte, NC. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, exploring new neighborhoods and restaurants, and spending time with his two young kids.
