Russell Campbell leads Silvur Insurance with a deep commitment to helping Medicare members make confident, informed choices about their coverage. He has worked in insurance and healthcare since 2003, with a career dedicated to improving access to care, simplifying the enrollment process, and creating programs that put members first.

Over the last two decades, Russell has worked directly with insurance carriers and supported brokerage firms across multiple healthcare products. While his career has spanned many areas of the industry, he has gravitated back to—and remained in—Medicare because of his passion to assist members through this important phase of life and to support Medicare agents in building successful, fulfilling careers.

Russell’s passion for serving the Medicare community comes from his own experience as a caregiver for his grandparents and father. He understands firsthand the importance of clear guidance, compassionate support, and coverage that truly meets individual needs.
