With over 15 years in insurance and healthcare, Victor Baez is passionate about empowering people with knowledge. He believes educating clients helps restore their confidence, reduces stress, and preserves their independence during a crucial life transition. His mission is to make a real difference every day through personalized Medicare guidance.

Victor has lived in Tampa, FL for the past three years and was raised in Miami after being born in the Dominican Republic. He played football at Missouri University and continues to value the life lessons from both sports and travel.

With a degree in Healthcare Administration and a decade of experience working for a Medicare insurance carrier, Victor has the industry expertise to advocate effectively for his clients.

Outside of work, Victor enjoys family time, basketball, stand-up comedy, exploring new places, and—despite the heartbreak—cheering on the Miami Dolphins.
