“My agent was incredibly kind and patient with me, when I was feeling all the pressure and anxiety of feeling overwhelmed by the shock and frustration of receiving a bill that I was not prepared for. Especially, given the prior effort I had made, to understand and prepare for what my financial responsibilities would be, regarding this surgery and all the required pre-surgical tests. She stepped in to help me draft a letter to Priority Health requesting that the copay charges be reviewed and corrected because I was provided with inaccurate information regarding my medical copay responsibility prior to receiving services.
