Hannah Ernst

With over 10 years of experience in insurance, financial services, and customer-focused roles, Hannah Ernst is passionate about guiding individuals through the Medicare process with patience and care. She is motivated by building trust and long-term relationships, helping members feel confident as they make one of life’s most important—and often stressful—healthcare decisions. For Hannah, being a Medicare Advisor is about more than enrolling members in plans; it’s about being a reliable advocate and trusted resource year after year.

Hannah supports Silvur’s Michigan credit union members via Zoom and phone as a licensed Medicare agent in the state. Supporting credit unions excites her because it aligns with a shared mission of community empowerment and financial wellness. By helping credit unions navigate the complexities of Medicare, she strengthens member relationships and provides valuable support during a critical life transition.

Hannah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Flagler College. She currently resides in Northern Michigan, bringing a broad perspective and appreciation for diverse communities.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys hiking trails, working on her classic car, and spending time on the water in her kayak.
