With over 10 years of experience in insurance, financial services, and customer-focused roles, Hannah Ernst is passionate about guiding individuals through the Medicare process with patience and care. She is motivated by building trust and long-term relationships, helping members feel confident as they make one of life’s most important—and often stressful—healthcare decisions. For Hannah, being a Licensed Insurance Advisor is about more than enrolling members in plans; it’s about being a reliable advocate and trusted resource year after year.
Hannah supports Silvur’s credit union members via Zoom and phone as a Licensed Insurance Advisor in the states of California, Florida, Michigan, Oregon, and Washington. Supporting credit unions excites her because it aligns with a shared mission of community empowerment and financial wellness. By helping credit unions navigate the complexities of Medicare, she strengthens member relationships and provides valuable support during a critical life transition.
Hannah lives in Michigan and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Flagler College. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys hiking trails, working on her classic car, and spending time on the water in her kayak.
