Andrew Vancek Castro brings over six years of experience across the insurance industry, including Medicare solutions, Final Expense, Whole and Term Life insurance, and Short-Term Disability, Hospital Indemnity, Cancer, and Accident coverage. Having helped his own family navigate the complexities of Medicare, he understands firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the process can feel, and he's passionate about breaking down options in plain English so members feel confident and secure in their coverage. Andrew is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to extend that same clarity and care to Spanish-speaking members.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Andrew has called the Baltimore area home for the past 15 years. As a credit union member himself, he believes strongly in the community-first approach and is excited to bring honest, educational guidance to members, just as credit unions have long done for their communities. He stays active in his local church and enjoys supporting small businesses in his area.

Outside of work, Andrew loves spending quality time with his growing family, playing guitar, and staying engaged in his local community.
