Sharissa Turner

Sharissa Turner – Licensed Insurance Advisor With 15 years of experience, Sharissa is passionate about helping people turning 65 and those already on Medicare feel confident in their coverage. She enjoys educating members and simplifying their options, and she's excited to be a value-add for her team and the credit unions she supports. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Sharissa has lived in Michigan her whole life and now resides on the outskirts of the city. She is a Licensed Resident Producer for the State of Michigan (Accident, Life & Health) and a graduate of Wayne State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Dance (Fine Arts). Before her insurance career, she was a professional dancer with the Detroit Pistons' Automotion Dance Team. Outside of work, Sharissa recharges through time alone and with family and friends, listening to encouraging podcasts and inspirational or relaxing music, dancing, and trying new experiences and adventures.
