Juan Torres

Juan Torres brings more than 10 years of customer service experience and four years in the insurance industry, with a background spanning both Property & Casualty insurance and Medicare. He enjoys breaking down complex options in a simple way so members feel confident they're making the right decision for their needs. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Juan is bilingual in English and Spanish and comes from a Mexican-American family. His travels throughout Mexico have deepened his appreciation for different cultures and his ability to connect with people from many backgrounds, including the Spanish-speaking members he's able to serve directly. He holds an Associate of Arts in Business and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Houston-Downtown. Outside of work, Juan enjoys lifting weights, going on walks, and staying active. He's also passionate about cars, watching anime, and listening to all kinds of music.
