With 14 years of experience in the insurance, financial services, and mortgage industries, Nikki Kim is passionate about guiding individuals through the Medicare process with clarity and care. She believes Medicare plays a vital role in protecting vulnerable populations and is committed to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

Nikki has lived in Washington for the past 17 years and currently resides in Kent, WA. Her deep connection to the community is reflected in her active involvement in local events and dedication to giving back.

She earned her master’s degree in Project Management from City University and brings a strong analytical and service-oriented approach to her work.

Outside of the office, Nikki finds balance through bike riding and piano performance—hobbies that keep her energized and grounded while allowing her to connect with others through creativity and movement.
