Irbhing Vera

With 10 years in insurance, human resources and business development experience Irbhing Vera brings a people-first mindset to Medicare advising. Irbhing was drawn to Medicare because of the opportunity to genuinely make a difference. He sees every client interaction as a chance to protect, educate, and advocate—with integrity at the heart of it all.

Originally from Colorado, Irbhing grew up surrounded by snow, mountains, and a close-knit community. Now rooted in Pacific Beach, San Diego, he’s spent the past six years building both a personal and professional life centered on service. As a father and a local, he’s passionate about giving back to the community he now proudly calls home.

Irbhing is currently pursuing a degree in Finance, with studies at Metropolitan State University and San Diego State University. He’s also completed extensive sales trainings and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Currently working toward a Spanish Translation & Dialogue certificate, he is committed to better supporting Spanish-speaking clients across his community.

Partnering with credit unions aligns perfectly with Irbhing’s mission—to serve overlooked communities, empower members with education, and be the trusted advocate people deserve.

Outside of work, Irbhing stays active through running, boxing, surfing, and workouts, but his greatest recharge comes from spending time with his two-year-old son, exploring the outdoors and soaking in every moment.
